New to the Blogosphere :-)

So I am officially a "Blogger" who would have ever guessed it, maybe it has something to do with the Full Moon or the 1st Day of Fall :-) Anyways, welcome to my blog which in turn will document my journey through TTC and hopefully with a lot of charting, praying, meditating, and Baby Dust a journey through Pregnancy and Motherhood.

So I find myself awake 2:42am creating a blog (a true insomniac LOL), but I can't seem to sleep. I am sure most inital blog posts are supposed to be all about introductions and such, however I am not in the mood for formalities so I am going to jump right into what brings me to the blogging world and what's on my mind....

Well as you may have guessed I am curently TTC, which is a scary concept because that makes me a "real adult" on several levels. Growing up you are always taught to NOT get pregnant and here I am a partnered 24 year old, Lesbian attempting to actually try to get pregnant LOL! I will create a post later explaining everything in that last sentence in due time (wait for it....wait for it.... :-)). So on to what has me up feeling all giddy and nervous like a kid the day before school starts.

I tested positive OPK (Ovulation Prediction Kit) today for the 1st time EVER! It wasn't until that very moment that I was stressed about TTC. I was the calm cool collected TTCer, I had the whole if it happens it happens, but once I saw those 2 little pink lines staring at me it was like crack (not literally), and now I am looking for the next big "hit" that positive pregnancy test, but let's not put the cart before the horse here. I had to get it out because I am trying to keep this whole TTC business on "the low" because my past with pregnancy and miscarriages has not be a pretty one, so as a precaution I am limiting the casualities (aka people who have to say "Oh my goodness I am so sorry" and give me the pity look once again). Yet here I am blogging to the entire world about it eh? Well not technically, once this goes live, and I acually tell people about it, they decide to not be lazy and come over to the website, and read the posts the baby may already be here hehe :-). Well this post is getting lengthy already, so I am going to say ta-ta for now, and explore the layouts and other goodies for this whole blogging website. But I'll be back tomorrow with the whole scoop on the current TTC news.... Nighty Night for now
